1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 456bo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 456bo platform available at 456bo.app.
By completing the 456bo registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
456bo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to the 456bo platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 456bo is an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or syndicate.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from the 456bo platform.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
456bo takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the registration process and at subsequent points as deemed necessary, we may request documentary proof of age and identity. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.
Underage gambling is a serious matter. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any applicable processing costs.
3. Account Registration and Security

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 456bo platform. 456bo reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage. KYC may be required before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
456bo processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your 456bo account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider — typically within five to fifteen minutes for mobile money deposits. 456bo does not charge fees on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for mobile money methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 456bo account.
- 456bo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
- Funds deposited in error cannot be guaranteed to be recovered. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
- Active bonus funds may affect your ability to withdraw. Please review the relevant bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active on your account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
456bo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses issued by 456bo carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, minimum eligible bet amounts, contributing game types, and expiry periods are all specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: 456bo employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, exploiting errors or oversights in bonus terms, placing bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes), and using promotional funds to place bets with negligible risk. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonus balances voided and may be permanently closed.
- Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering the bonus amount may become withdrawable, subject to wagering requirements being met.
- 456bo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, device, and payment method.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
456bo is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund a 456bo account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format available on 456bo.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events — including cricket BPL matches, IPL fixtures, or other covered leagues — with prior knowledge that the outcome has been manipulated by any party.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 456bo platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error, or system fault to place bets or accumulate credits. Any winnings generated from a demonstrable error may be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile money provider or bank after funds have been credited to and used on your 456bo account.
- Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by 456bo to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members.
456bo employs fraud detection systems, manual review processes, and third-party verification tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 456bo reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and recent transactions, retain any account balance pending investigation, and where legally required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Either the player or 456bo may initiate the closure of a 456bo account, subject to the conditions described in this section.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your 456bo account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved and any eligible account balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all standard verification checks are completed.
Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: 456bo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee as detailed in our dormant account policy.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.
In the event of platform-initiated closure due to a confirmed breach of Terms, 456bo reserves the right to retain any account balance as partial or full compensation for losses or damages arising from the breach. Where closure is due to inactivity or a non-breach reason, eligible funds will be returned to the registered payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bo and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 456bo platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 456bo's reasonable control.
- Loss of data or account information due to unforeseen technical failures, provided that 456bo has taken reasonable steps to maintain platform security.
- Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
- Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any participating bank.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with responsible gaming guidelines or from compulsive gambling behaviour.
Platform Availability: 456bo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical repairs, and events of force majeure (including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, and government-mandated service restrictions) may result in temporary unavailability. 456bo will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
Game Integrity: All games available on 456bo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 456bo does not control the underlying game software and is not liable for outcomes generated by third-party RNG systems, provided such systems are functioning as certified. In the event of a game malfunction that causes an incorrect result or an erroneous payout, 456bo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player's account balance.
Nothing in this section shall limit 456bo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
